Developmental Panels

Developmental Panels represent a group of referees that have been identified for more intensive coaching and development in order to progress to higher grade levels.  

At the Territorial level, there are two development panels:

• SRRA Priority Panel - represents referees that have the highest likelihood of grade progression in the near future and for which SRRA/SERRS will seek to support with appropriate assignments, exchanges, referee coaching and evaluation
• SRRA Development Panel - represents referees that have the potential to reach territorial level and for which SRRA/SERRS will seek to support with appropriate assignments, exchanges, referee coaching and evaluation

Nominations to the development panels are made by the SERRS President. The SRRA RDO and Evaluation Committee determine the composition of territorial development panels based on nominations from referee societies and review of performance reports and other observations.
